Hello Stryper friends and fans…

I’ve spoken to Big3 Records this morning regarding the delay in the availability of the second track (Murder by Pride) with the iTunes promotion.  They are working closely with iTunes to resolve the issue.  Technically, on the back-end, everything showed to be on schedule for a 12:01am Tuesday release, but as we’ve experienced, there was apparently a glitch.  Please be patient as they work to resolve this and once it is resolved, I will email the networking team to get the word out.

This is a brand new type of promotion, not just for Stryper, but to my knowledge I’m unaware of any other act that has done a promotion like this.  As a result, certain circumstances may occur that are unforeseen by anyone, even iTunes.  Our hope is for us all to learn from what went wrong with this morning’s download and have it fixed in plenty of time so the remaining download promotions run smoothly.  Thanks again for the patience.  We’re working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible.
